廚房設備製造商利邦於2022年7月29日公佈最新IPO條款，擬美國上市募資2500萬美元

該公司計劃以LBGJ為股票代碼，申請在納斯達克上市。  利邦廚具成立於1992年，總部位於江蘇江陰，是一家製造商用廚房設備提供商。

該公司提供商業廚房設計、研發、生產、安裝、維修等服務，其客戶群包括國際酒店、公司、公共機構、教育機構、醫院和其他設施。

 Li Bang International Corporation Inc. (“Li Bang International”) was established in 1992. 

They conduct all of their operations in China through our Operating Subsidiaries in China. 

The main business of their Operating Subsidiaries is to design, develop, produce and sell stainless steel commercial kitchen equipment in China under our own “Libang” brand. Additionally, our Operating Subsidiaries provide customers with comprehensive services, from commercial kitchen design in the early stage to equipment installation and after-sales maintenance.
